Where's my download?
Straight after checkout you get a PDF with your Canva link. It's on your order confirmation page, in your order email (check spam or promotions for "KitForge") and under Orders in your account. Still stuck? Reply to your order email with your order number and we'll resend it.
Do I need Canva Pro?
No. Every template works on a free Canva account, on phone or computer.
How do I edit the templates?
Open the link in your PDF and Canva makes your own copy. Click any text to change it, drag in your own photos, then download as PNG and post.
Can I change the colours and fonts?
Yes. Text, colours, fonts and photos are all editable.
Can I get a refund?
Digital downloads can't be refunded for a change of mind, but if anything is broken we'll fix it or refund you. Bought the wrong pack? We'll swap it within 7 days. See our refund policy.
I'm a social media manager. Can I use these for clients?
Yes. Each client counts as one use; just don't resell or share the templates themselves. The Full Kit is the best value if you work across trades.
