Refund policy

Digital products. KitForge templates are digital content delivered instantly. At checkout you asked for immediate access and agreed you lose your 14-day right to cancel once your link is delivered, so we can't refund a change of mind.

If something is wrong, we'll fix it. If your link doesn't work, a template is missing, or something doesn't open in Canva as described, reply to your order confirmation email with your order number. We'll fix it or resend it within one working day. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you in full. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Bought the wrong pack? Tell us within 7 days and we'll swap it for another pack of the same price. This is a goodwill offer, not a legal right.
