Count the rooms, add any extras, and the spreadsheet works out the time, the price per visit and per month, travel, regular-customer discount and VAT. Then it lays it out as a tidy one-page quote to print or save as a PDF.

What's inside, sheet by sheet

• Start here: numbered steps, including how to open it in Google Sheets and how to print the quote.
• Settings: your business name and contact details, hourly rate, minimum charge, free travel distance and charge per mile after it, product cost per hour, time rounding, discounts for weekly, fortnightly and monthly cleans, time multipliers for one-off, deep and end-of-tenancy cleans, VAT yes/no, how long a quote is valid, and the wording at the bottom of every quote.
• Room times: minutes per bedroom, bathroom, en-suite, kitchen, living room, dining room, hallway and stairs, conservatory and utility room, plus extras: oven clean, inside fridge, inside windows, ironing, changing beds, inside cupboards, carpets and blinds. All editable.
• Quote: customer details, type of clean and how often, room counts and extras. Gives hours, labour, products, discount, minimum charge, travel, VAT, price per visit and per month, and the printable A4 quote alongside.
• Quote log: note quotes sent and mark them won or lost. It works out your win rate.

How delivery works

After checkout you get a download link. Open the file in Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and open with Google Sheets. Nothing to install.

Honest limits

• The room times and prices in the file are examples. Your own times and rates make your quotes accurate.
• It's a quoting tool, not booking or invoicing software.
• It doesn't add your logo to the quote; it uses your business name and contact details.

FAQ

Does it do end-of-tenancy and deep cleans?
Yes. Pick the type of clean and it multiplies the room times by the figure you set in Settings. Extras like oven cleans are added at their own times.

How do I send the quote?
Excel: File > Print or Save as PDF (it's set to fit one A4 page). Google Sheets: select the quote area, File > Print, choose Selected cells and Fit to page, then save as PDF.

I'm VAT registered. Does it handle that?
Set VAT to Yes in Settings and it adds VAT at the rate you set, shown as its own line on the quote.
