- Numbers each document for you: INV-0001, INV-0002 and so on.
- Handles discounts, deposits already paid and payment terms.
- Adds VAT at 20% only if you enter a VAT number. If you're not VAT registered, VAT isn't mentioned.

FAQ
Where are my invoices saved?
In the browser on your device. Nothing is uploaded and there's no account. Export the CSV now and then as a backup.
I'm not VAT registered. Is that OK?
Yes. Leave the VAT number blank and your invoices won't show VAT.
How do I send an invoice?
Press Print or save as PDF, choose Save as PDF, then attach the file to an email or WhatsApp.
Honest limits
- Up to 15 line items so everything fits on one A4 page.
- It isn't accounting software. It doesn't do bookkeeping, Making Tax Digital submissions or card payments.
- Your list is stored in one browser on one device. Clearing your browser data deletes it, so export the CSV regularly.
- VAT is a single 20% rate. It doesn't handle reduced rates or the flat rate scheme.
