Questions

Why a skin test record? Most colour makers ask for an allergy alert test 48 hours before every colour service, and insurers expect a record. The form logs the product, batch number and result.

Can I record colour formulas? Yes. The client record card has a column for formulas, products and notes on every visit.

Can I add my own questions? Yes. Every line is editable, so you can add services, questions or your insurer's wording.
