How it works
Templates are instant downloads that open in a free Canva account, on your phone or computer. Change the words, colours and photos to match your business. Spreadsheets work in Excel or Google Sheets. Everything uses UK spelling, UK prices and UK rules, such as patch tests and HMRC tax years.
