Delivered instantly. As soon as you pay, your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to you. It's also saved under Orders in your account. There is no postage on digital products.
Canva templates open in a free Canva account, on a phone or a computer. Spreadsheets open in Excel or Google Sheets. Printable PDFs print at home or at any print shop.
Can't find your link? Check spam or promotions for an email from KitForge, or email hello@kitforge.uk with your order number and we'll resend it within one working day.
Printed products (posters, wall planners, mugs)
Free UK delivery. Each item is printed to order by our print partner, Gelato, and posted by tracked delivery.
- Printing: usually 2 to 5 working days
- Delivery: usually 2 to 3 working days after dispatch
- You'll get a tracking link by email when it ships
Posters are sent unframed. We currently deliver printed products to UK addresses only.
Damaged or wrong item? Email a photo to hello@kitforge.uk within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement.
Changed your mind? You can cancel a printed order within 14 days of receiving it. Email us, send the item back unused, and we'll refund you within 14 days of getting it back. Return postage is paid by you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
